In it’s ninth year, Chance for Life is Washington’s largest charity poker tournament event. More than 200 players will compete to win the grand prize of a $10,000 seat at the World Series of Poker tournament in Las Vegas. Last year’s event alone brought in over $100,000. Since its inception in 2005, Chance for Life has raised nearly 1 million dollars for spinal cord tumor research.
“This event is a life changer. For children with spinal cord tumors and their families, it’s wonderful to see the incredible energy and support from the folks who turn out,” said Jeff Snyder, Chief Inspiration Officer at Inspira Marketing, whose daughter Kennedy has a spinal cord tumor. “Spinal cord tumors are incredibly rare and incredibly underfunded. Support for research of spinal tumors is essential to finding a cure. It’s a race against the clock and every second counts. That’s why this event truly is a chance for life.” Read More Here!
