Fortifying Our Future: Celebrating Inspira’s Latest Promotions

These advancements reflect Inspira’s commitment to building long-term relationships—both with clients and within its own team—while strengthening its ability to deliver innovative, relationship-driven marketing solutions.

Brooke Stein, previously Vice President of Client Leadership, has been a driving force behind Inspira’s client partnerships, leading high-performing teams and fostering strategic growth across industries. As Chief Client Officer, she will focus on deepening client relationships, enhancing strategic operations, and positioning the agency for sustained success in its next chapter.

Ralph Failla, formerly Senior Account Director, has been the dynamic leader behind Inspira’s most ambitious brand activations, leading teams that bring integrated, award-winning experiences to life. As Vice President of Experiential and Production, Ralph will oversee the agency’s experiential and production division, ensuring Inspira continues to deliver cutting-edge activations that drive meaningful engagement. His leadership will further elevate Inspira’s ability to blend creativity with flawless execution.

Regina Fiedel, previously Senior Integrated Strategist, has been a data-driven mastermind behind numerous current and prospective client campaigns. Most admired for her thorough understanding of client businesses and their respective industries, in her new role as Senior Director of Integrated Strategy, Regina will leverage her analytic mindset, strategic thinking, and cross-channel marketing expertise to develop compelling relationship-driven, integrated strategies that comprehensively align brand goals with customer needs. Ensuring seamless brand consistency and impact across all touchpoints, Regina’s efforts will play a pivotal role in achieving both client and agency success.

Lastly, Melissa Rath, formerly Senior Client Engagement Manager, has been promoted to Director of Client Leadership. Best-known for her adaptability, immersive collaboration, and tenacious determination, Melissa will continue to support clients across various vertical markets, while simultaneously deepening the relationships between not only clients and their customers, but between Inspira and its many industry partners. By bringing fresh ideas and her own spin on innovation to the team, Melissa’s proactive and creative thinking will continue to charge Inspira forward.
