Sharing the Secret of StandOut

When a new team member joins the Inspira family, we don’t tell them about Inspira. First, we encourage them to learn a bit more about themselves.

It’s a perfect time to share one of the secrets of Inspira’s culture with the world – StandOut. The good news is that StandOut isn’t really a secret. StandOut is a strengths-based assessment that uses positive language to describe yourself. These are referred to as your strength roles.

Simply put, StandOut helps you understand yourself. Twenty years into my career, exploring my Creator // Equalizer roles helped me understand and articulate where and why I have been most successful, and, in turn, increased my focus on those skills.

At Inspira, we’ve found that providing our people with a better understanding of themselves and adopting a language to help team members better understand each other ensures they thrive in their role and are more fulfilled in their life.

At this time, as society embraces social distancing and self-isolation, many of us are looking for ways to adapt to life – let alone work. For our team members, we encourage them to look to leverage their strengths in order to adapt and thrive.

And so we want to share this gift with you.
